Chef Amit Paul is a Master Chef from Ranchi, India. Amit brings over 35 years of culinary experience from across India to Fairbanks, Alaska. He worked under Imitiaz Qureshi, the Master Chef at ITC Hotels, and learned the Dum Pukht tradition of cuisine. He has worked in multiple restaurants donning different roles and at Hari Om Cuisine of India he is our Chef & owner - you can taste his passion and perfection for food in all of our menu items.
